Last Updated: August 26th, 2026 Market Slayr LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Market Slayr free-to-play mobile game application (the “App”) available on the Apple App Store, which may award cash prizes subject to eligibility and other conditions. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the App and related services (collectively, the “Service”).By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following categories:A. Information You Provide Directly

  • Account registration details (e.g., username, email address, password, date of birth or age confirmation).

  • Profile information you choose to provide.

  • Identity verification / KYC information required for cash prize eligibility or payouts (e.g., full legal name, government-issued ID, address, date of birth, Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number, and other documents needed for verification and tax reporting).

  • Payment and payout information (e.g., bank account details, PayPal or other payment processor account information) so we can send prizes.

  • Communications with us (e.g., support requests, feedback, contest entries).

  • Any other information you voluntarily submit.

B. Information Collected Automatically

  • Device and technical information (e.g., device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, IP address, mobile network information, browser type).

  • Usage and gameplay data (e.g., scores, rankings, session duration, features used, interactions with the App, crash logs, performance data).

  • Location information (approximate or precise, derived from IP address, GPS, or other device sensors) used primarily for eligibility verification, geo-restrictions, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable laws. You may be able to control location permissions through your device settings.

  • Cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar tracking technologies (see Section 5).

C. Information from Third Parties

  • Information from Apple (e.g., App Store account-related data necessary for download and functionality).

  • Identity verification, fraud prevention, and KYC service providers.

  • Payment processors and financial institutions involved in prize payouts.

  • Analytics and advertising partners (if used).

  • Publicly available sources or other users (in limited cases).

We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18. See Section 8 (Children’s Privacy).

2. How We Use the Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service and App.

  • To create and manage your account.

  • To determine eligibility for cash prizes, verify identity, prevent fraud, and administer contests or prize awards.

  • To process and deliver cash prizes, including tax reporting and compliance with legal obligations (e.g., issuing IRS Form 1099 or equivalent when required).

  • To communicate with you (e.g., account notices, prize notifications, customer support, updates to Terms or this Policy).

  • To enforce our Terms of Service, protect the rights and safety of the Company, users, and others, and detect/prevent fraud, cheating, or abuse.

  • To analyze usage, improve gameplay, personalize experiences, and conduct research or analytics.

  • To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests.

  • For other purposes with your consent or as otherwise disclosed at the time of collection.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information in the traditional sense. We may share information in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: With trusted third parties who perform services on our behalf (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, customer support, identity verification/KYC, payment processing, fraud prevention, email delivery). These parties are contractually obligated to use the information only for the services they provide to us.

  • Prize and Payment Processing: With payment processors, financial institutions, and tax authorities as needed to issue prizes and fulfill reporting obligations.

  • Legal and Safety Reasons: When required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental request; to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, users, or the public; or in connection with an investigation of suspected fraud or violation of our Terms.

  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, in which case personal information may be transferred as part of the transaction (subject to the same privacy commitments or notice to you).

  • With Your Consent: When you direct us to share information or otherwise consent.

  • Aggregated or De-identified Data: We may share aggregated or anonymized information that cannot reasonably identify you.

Apple Inc. and its affiliates collect and process certain information independently under their own privacy policies when you download or use the App through the App Store. Apple is not a sponsor of our contests or prizes and is not responsible for our data practices.

4. Cookies, Tracking Technologies, and Analytics

We and our service providers may use cookies, device identifiers, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies to collect usage data, remember preferences, analyze performance, and (if applicable) support advertising or measurement. You can manage certain tracking preferences through your device settings or App permissions. Disabling some technologies may limit functionality of the Service.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Service, administering prizes, complying with legal obligations (such as tax and record-keeping requirements), resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. Retention periods vary by data type. When no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize the information, unless longer retention is required by law.

6. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:

  • Access to the personal information we hold about you.

  • Deletion of your personal information (subject to legal exceptions, such as prize-related records or tax obligations).

  • Data portability.

  • Withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.

You may also manage certain data collection (e.g., location, notifications) through your device or App settings.California Residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have the rights described above. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We may “share” information for limited advertising or analytics purposes as disclosed. You may opt out via the contact methods below or any “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link we provide. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.Other State Privacy Laws: Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights. Contact us to exercise them.You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by following the instructions in those messages (transactional messages related to your account or prizes will still be sent).

8. Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended solely for individuals who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us.

9. International Data Transfers

The Service is primarily intended for users in jurisdictions where it is lawfully offered (see Terms and Conditions). If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries that may have different data protection laws. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers. We take appropriate measures to protect information in accordance with this Policy.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version in the App and update the “Last Updated” date. Material changes may be notified via the App, email, or other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
