Last Updated: August 26th, 2026 Market Slayr LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Market Slayr free-to-play mobile game application (the “App”) available on the Apple App Store, which may award cash prizes subject to eligibility and other conditions. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the App and related services (collectively, the “Service”).By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.

Apple Inc. and its affiliates collect and process certain information independently under their own privacy policies when you download or use the App through the App Store. Apple is not a sponsor of our contests or prizes and is not responsible for our data practices.

We and our service providers may use cookies, device identifiers, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies to collect usage data, remember preferences, analyze performance, and (if applicable) support advertising or measurement. 8. Children’s Privacy
The Service is intended solely for individuals who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us.
9. International Data Transfers
The Service is primarily intended for users in jurisdictions where it is lawfully offered (see Terms and Conditions). If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries that may have different data protection laws.
